变压器线圈结构型式的确定
  
    线圈结构型式的确定是根据变压器容量的大小及电压的高低,随着技术的发展新的结构型式将会出现。
 
    线圈的结构型式通常有如下几种:
    层式线圈
    层式线圈的优点是卷制简单,层间油道的散热效率高,但是端部的支撑稳定性差,线圈的轴向高度不易控制,线圈内部温差有时较大。一般适用于小容量的低压线圈,多层层式线圈适用于小容量的高压线圈。
 
    螺旋式线圈
这种线圈绕制简单,但是当线圈匝数较多时则不宜采用。分为单螺旋、双螺旋、四螺旋式线圈等,适用于低电压、大电流的线圈或调压线圈。
 
    连续式线圈
    这种线圈应用范围较大,机械强度高,但绕制技术要求高。其并绕导线根数及导线尺寸对绕制工艺影响较大。
 
    纠结式线圈
    纠结式线圈分为普通纠结和插花纠结两种,其导线并绕根数一般为并联根数的两倍,由于它增大了纵向电容,因而改善了冲击分布,它适用于高电压的高压线圈。
 
    纠结连续式线圈
    这种线圈是由纠结线段和连续线段两部分组成。即在线圈的首端几个双饼线段采用纠结结构,其余为连续式,它属于部分补偿的线圈结构。另外还有采用部分纠结结构的线圈。
 
    插入电容式线圈
    这种结构的线圈是在线段中加入屏蔽线,以增加其纵向电容,改善冲击分布,该屏蔽线不通过工作电流。纵向电容的大小系通过调整每个线段的平屏蔽线匝和跨接段数来实现,通常在线圈首端采用插入电容结构,其余为连续式,两者组合起来为插入电容连续式线圈。它适用子03~110KV级的线圈。
